This niddy noddy makes a beautiful functional 1.5mt skein. Ideal for making very beautiful skeins when winding yarn from the spinning wheel bobbin. Specially shaped crossbars allow the skein (hank) of yarn to slide off easily when made. Made from solid Silver Beech hardwood with removable ends for storage or transport.

The Silver Beech timber has a beautiful and varied patina of colours and grains in a natural state.  We recommend the wood be finished with a wax or sealed to protect it from both climatic changes in environment and to prevent it from getting dirty. 

Comes flat packed and ready to assemble. So the ends are removable for ease of transport.
